4 Summer Breakfast Bowls

Who doesn't love a good breakfast bowl? We have so much fun getting creative and switching up the base, but we ALWAYS add SnackBombs! Why? 

SnackBombs have been thoughtfully crafted with the perfect ratio of macros (carbs, protein, healthy fat) to fuel your body to create physical and mental energy. The result is a balanced breakfast to keep you fuller longer!

Here are four recipes we love:

We like making chia pudding in large batches for a ready to eat breakfast, and switching up the toppings and SnackBomb flavours to keep it fresh! This recipe yields 4-5 servings, so feel free to reduce for your desired serving size:

• 3 cups unsweetened cashew, oat or coconut milk 

• 3/4 cup chia seeds

• 3/4 tsp pure vanilla extract

• If you're craving a little more sweetness, add 1 tbsp of pure maple syrup

• top with fruit & SnackBombs

There are so many delicious plant based yogurts on the market, but we prefer using coconut yogurt for the creamy consistency. This three step breakfast bowl is easy to put together and always a hit:

• 3/4 cup coconut yogurt

• 1/2 cup berries

• crumbled SnackBombs

A smoothie bowl is a great way to add in extra greens to your day and adding matcha that contains L-Theanine, gives a natural calming agent that works with the caffeine to provide a calm and focused energy. This is our go-to recipe:

• 1/2 frozen banana 

• 1/2 cup frozen mango

• large handful of spinach

• scoop of plant based vanilla protein powder

• 1 tsp Matcha (we love Matcha Ninja)

• 1 cup almond milk

• Blend & top with Matcha Cashew SnackBombs and fruit, nuts & seeds of choice

This is such a decadent recipe, perfect for a weekend morning breakfast! We recommend chilling for 1-2 hours after prepping. This is our go to recipe that makes 2 servings:

• 1-2 small/medium ripe avocado

• 1/4 cup raw cacao powder (We love Navitas Organics)

• 3 tbsp pure maple syrup

• 3 tbsp unsweetened almond milk 

• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

• Pinch of sea salt

• Mix ingredients in a food processor or stand mixer

• Our fave is to top with Peanut Butter Cacao Coconut Snackbombs
